Larry Ballou is a road captain for the Light Keepers Chapter.  He is a resident of nearby city of Groesbeck, Texas and a member of the First Assembly of God in Thornton.  He serves as the youth pastor and sound tech for the church.

Larry Ballou is married to Jennifer Ballou.  They have a beautiful daughter, Addie.
