Joe Tucker is a road captain in the Light Keepers Chapter.  He is a long term resident of the Central Texas area.  He is also the pastor of the First Assembly of God church in Thornton, Texas and serves as the spiritual covering for the Light Keepers.

Joe and his wife, Teresa have two adult children... Sherri Kyle of Mexia, Texas and Judy Barker of Thornton, Texas.  They have three grandsons... Caleb Kyle, Jacob Kyle, and Thomas Barker.
