Billy is the president of Light Keepers Chapter in Thornton, Texas.  He is a faithful member of First Assembly of God in Thornton, Texas and has served on the church board.  He is a faithful and proven leader with a heart to reach the lost for Jesus Christ.

Billy is married to Gayla Riedinger. They have two adult children - Holly and Cody.
